In fact, you can light up your kitchen or living room with LEDS using 100-120 watts of power whereas with incandescent bulbs, it would take 600 watts to achieve the same level of light.

Recessed lights are one option but they can also be used to illuminate floating shelves or as under cupboard strips. They could also be installed beneath the surface of a frosted glass countertop to highlight its texture or how about placing them along the bottom of islands or cabinets to add a pop of colour.
Other ways to use LEDS in all rooms of your house include pendant lights, chandeliers, and track lighting. What if you have a piece of your favourite artwork you could make this pop by the use of a spot light. Strategically placed mirrors an also diffuse LED light around your room.
